Ordering Deadlines

Our products are genuine slow foods.  The full process for bread takes 36 hours and for pastries generally four days, so we need to get your order early enough to kick things off.

Ordering deadlines are shown below.  Please be aware that we may close orders earlier for a particular day where capacity is reached.  We may also extend deadlines slightly where we know we have spare capacity.

Regardless, the checkout process automatically removes delivery dates for a product once orders are closed.
