Our sourdough hot cross bun is a delicious version of this traditional Easter treat. A soft bun filled with juicy fruit and warm spices, and brushed with a sweet, sticky glaze, we highly recommend serving it warm or lightly toasted, with lashings of butter and a big pot of tea. When we set out to create the perfect sourdough hot cross bun we didn’t deliberately make it vegan — that was just a lucky accident! It’s also soy and nut free.
