Oat Sourdough round

A wheat bread made with the addition of porridge made from organic Scottish jumbo oats, this loaf has a unique flavour and texture. The crumb is soft and ‘puddingy’ while the crust has a beautiful nutty aroma from the oat crust which toasts naturally in the oven.

Water, organic white wheat flour, stoneground organic sifted wholemeal wheatflour, organic Scottish jumbo oats, salt, malted barley flour
