A smaller version of our classic round loaf made famous by the father of modern sourdough Lionel Poilaine. Ours is made from wheat organically grown and stone-milled in Yorkshire, sifted to remove only the coarse bran, with a touch of Scotland the Bread organic wholemeal rye.
